Technical assistance

We can help you think through your project, work on your budget, and connect you with our partners if you need further assistance. Taking out a loan involves a lot of steps, and we want to make sure you are equipped with the knowledge and tools to accomplish your goals.
CDFI Networking
Connections and introductions to CDFIs that are equipped to help you and finance your project.
You may not know where to look for a CDFI or have never heard of one. We have an extensive network of CDFIs and are happy to connect you with one after learning more about your project, and continue working with you as you go through the process.
Enhancement Lending
We can provide additional lending from our pool of funds in partnership with another CDFI.
While we are a certified CDFI, we don’t traditionally do our own lending. However, we have loan funds that can be used in our region for projects, and to possibly enhance the financing you need. We can do this in partnership with other CDFIs if it is necessary for your project’s financing.
